No Refunds and No Returns

All sales at Luxe Avenue are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any products purchased. We encourage our customers to carefully review their selections and ensure satisfaction before completing their purchase.

Exceptions

- Items damaged during shipping may be eligible for an exchange. Please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order with proof of damage.

- If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days for an exchange with the correct product.

Shipping

We go by preorder ONLY, unless we are participating at an in person event. Therefore, please allow up to 7-10 business days for your order to be processed. Shipping should take no longer than 4 weeks from placing your order. You will be updated on the status of your via email or text message. We are not to be held responsible for lost or stolen items.
